People who knows or follows me on my social accounts, whenever they sees me they call me the āPoet Girlā. I know they read some of my writings. I know I should be happy that theyāre reading it. But somehow why do I feel embarrassed? Embarrassed of what they thought about me? Perhaps I would say yes. They probably thought that I have too much drama in my life. I am depressed. I am broken hearted. I am sad. I am lonely. I am alone and living in my own world.
To be honest, Iām not what they think I am. Ā In fact I am happy and Iām enjoying of what I am doing now. I am not alone nor lonely. I am not living alone. I have God; I have my family and friends who are always there for me. Just because I āam writing it doesnāt mean I am sad. It is one of my hobbies. I love creating stories; I love imagining things whether it is possible or impossible to happen.
If you can tell stories, create characters, devise incidents, and have sincerity and passion, it doesnāt matter a damn how you write.
ā Somerset Maugham
I like listening to other people life stories using them as my inspiration to compose or write something. I am somewhat a free writer who wants to write everything I want. Wherein there are no limits and no rules to be followed.Ā
It’s just so sad that people think it that way.
It is not easy to compose something that is too sad and heavy to read. You have to set aside your feelings and emotions. You have to clear your thoughts and mind and put yourself into a situation that you have never experienced in your entire life. Sounds pathetic but it actually help.
To those who like to write stories, poems or poetry or who like to share their thoughts or imaginations or principles of life like me please don’t stop. If you are happy with what you are doing right now, don’t stop. šNever stop sharing your talent. It is a God’s gift. Be proud of it. If people doesn’t like it let them be. Don’t let other pull you down.
Remember āwe are not living by other peopleās rules.ā
As long as we’re happy and we are not hurting anyone, don’t stop!
